引导骨再生及相关因子在骨缺损中复合应用

骨组织是以再生方式完成损伤修复(骨折愈合等)的少数组织之一,引导性组织再生概念适用于骨再生过程即引导性骨再生(guided bone regeneration,GBR).所谓骨引导再生(GBR)是采用生物隔膜技术阻止上皮和纤维组织长入骨创区,保证理想的骨再生愈合空间,保护骨组织细胞增殖修复,促进骨创区良好快捷地愈合。目前,国内外对GBR膜以及骨诱导因子或者复合材料报道纷呈,但尚未见有复合应用的系统介绍,笔者就此综述如下。
