少儿同侧肘腕联合损伤的治疗

近年来,高速高能量暴力致骨关节联合损伤日益多见,但少儿同侧肘、腕联合骨折/脱位少见报道。此类损伤常合并开放伤口,造成血管神经损伤,致使关节畸形和功能障碍。笔者自1995年至1999年收治此类损伤26例,报告如下。
