肱骨髁上骨折治疗方法的探讨

肱骨髁上骨折是小儿肘部最常见的损伤,治疗方法的选择受多种因素的影响,因而取得的效果差异较大。本文总结了我们近6年来196例肱骨髁上骨折的治疗,通过各种治疗方法的比较与分析,着重探讨了有移位的肱骨髁上骨折的治疗,试图找出在目前阶段较为理想的治疗方案。
