广泛性下肢脱套伤的外科处理

随着工农业技术及交通事业的发展,由于意外事故造成广泛下肢脱套伤的情况临床并不少见,近二年来,我科共收治此类病人8例,由于处理及时妥当,均获得令人满意效果,现报告如下。1　临床资料本组病人共8例,其中男6例,女2例,年龄为7～18岁,平均年龄136岁,其中车祸致伤7例,卷扬机致伤1例。接诊时距离受伤时间为2～6小时,平均37小时,下肢脱套范围均为腹股沟平面至小腿或足,其中合并严重骨盆骨折1例,合并股动脉损伤2例,合并膝关节开放性外伤1例,8例病人均合并有股骨干骨折和(或)胫腓骨骨折,均有程度不同的休克表现。
