单臂多功能外固定架治疗股骨干骨折的并发症及预防

我科1996年6月～1999年12月应用单臂多功能外固定架治疗股骨干骨折患者54例,发生并发症18例。1　临床资料本组18例,男15例,女3例。年龄16～69岁,平均35岁。股骨上1/3骨折6例,中1/3骨折4例,下1/3骨折8例。稳定性骨折2例,不稳定性骨折16例。开放性骨折5例,闭合性骨折13例。术后初期钉道感染8例,深部钉道感染4例;骨折深部感染4例;螺钉松动6例,共8钉;螺钉弯曲3例,共4钉,螺钉断裂3例,共3钉;骨折早期移位5例,后期移位6例。
