提高腰椎间盘突出症手术疗效措施探讨

随着骨科诊疗技术的进展,手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症已取得显著疗效,并在基层医院中日益普及。但近年来手术疗效欠佳的病例屡见报道。本着提高手术疗效目的,我们对本院1996年1月～1999年12月收治的19例腰椎间盘突出症再次手术的病例进行分析,根据术中病理所见,结合有关文献复习,讨论提高手术疗效的措施。
