骨筋膜室综合征(Osteo Compartment Syndrome,简称OCS)是四肢创伤最严重的并发症之一,多发于小腿。我院自1990年1月至1999年12月,共收治各类胫腓骨骨折347例,合并OCS23例,其中10例行中西医结合保守治疗,现总结如下。
