水平面桌椅对颈肩腰背部的影响

现代社会,坐位工作人群中,颈肩腰背痛患者日益增多,这些疾病的发生在很大程度上与人们工作时低头、含胸、弯腰、端肩、过度屈髋等不良姿势有关。作者发现:传统桌椅的水平面结构是导致上述不良姿势引起颈肩腰背痛的重要原因。
