骨折治疗的理想方法和原则

一千三百多年前,唐·蔺道人所著《仙授理伤续断秘方》提出治疗骨折的方法和原则:复位、(夹板)固定、药物治疗和功能锻炼四大原则,这一方法和原则现在仍然是中医治疗骨折的基本原则。到了二十世纪六十年代国内中西医结合工作者提出了中西医结合治疗骨折的四原则:动静结合,筋骨并重,内外兼治,医患配合。在处理骨折时,不能强调一方面忽略另一方面,双方相互矛盾斗争而又彼此联系依存。以动静结合为例,固定应从肢体能以活动的目标出发,而活动又应不干扰骨折的固定为限度,有效的固定是肢体能以活动的基础,而合理的活动又是加强固定的必要条件。
