手法整复加微切口手术治疗三踝骨折

我们于1994年10月～1998年7月间运用手法整复,结合必要的内踝微切口手术,小夹板固定,袜套牵引的方法治疗三踝骨折80例,取得了良好的效果。报告如下。1　临床资料本组共80例,男性47例,女性33名;年龄17～76岁,平均317岁。受伤时间:2周以内61例,2周以上19例,最长28天,最短3小时,平均35天。骨折类型^[1]:内翻Ⅲ度骨折37例,外翻Ⅲ度骨折21例,外旋Ⅲ度骨折13例,纵向挤压骨折4例,侧向挤压骨折5例。2　治疗方法80例中60例行手法整复,20例手法后加内踝微切口手术。
