筋骨并重治疗双踝及三踝骨折58例

自1990年1月至1998年12月间,我们对不稳定型双踝及三踝骨折采取手术切开复位内固定后即在塑形夹板保护下早期有限活动配合中药内服外用的综合治疗手段,达到了使骨折对位好,愈合快,功能恢复好的治疗目的,现总结报告如下:1　临床资料本组58例,男42例,女16例;右45例,左13例;年龄20～50岁42例,50～65岁16例;双踝骨折42例,三踝骨折16例;开放性骨折11例,闭合性骨折47例;伤后来诊时间:最早半小时,最迟7天。2　治疗方法本组病例均经初步手法复位外固定后摄片提示对位欠佳或不稳定后采取本法治疗。
