矩形髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折32例

股骨髁上骨折为股骨下端距关节面15cm以内的骨折,容易合并有血管神经损伤,治疗方法很多,如L钢板、Ender钉等,但治疗效果常令人不甚满意,作者自1995年1月～1999年2月应用双矩形髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折共32例。现总结如下：1 临床资料11 一般资料本组32例,男20例,女12例；年龄15～62岁,平均345岁。骨折类型：单纯髁上骨折27例,其中横断型12例,短斜形7例,螺旋形4例,粉碎形4例；髁上伴髁间骨折,即“Y”型骨折5例。
