胫骨外侧钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折

自1994年元月至1998年12月,采用胫骨外侧钢板内固定术治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折31例,并与对照组进行比较,疗效满意,现报告如下:临床资料所有病人都是本院住院病人,将纳入观察的病例按就诊顺序编号,奇数为治疗组,偶数为对照组,对照组病例数17例,后余下的作为治疗组,纳入临床观察的胫腓骨开放性骨折48例,其中治疗组31例。男19例,女12例,年龄19～51岁,平均289岁,车祸伤15例,坠落跌伤11例,重物压砸伤5例,上段骨折6例,中段骨折16例,下段骨折9例。
