可吸收缝线钉纽扣式固定治疗桡骨头骨折

我科自1996年3月～1999年12月,采用可吸收缝线钉钮扣式双“8”字内固定治疗桡骨头歪戴帽型骨折17例。经70天～3年的随访观察取得满意疗效,现报道如下。临床资料11　一般资料　本组17例中男11例,女6例,年龄6～21岁,平均年龄98岁。受伤时间最长4天,最短4小时。骑车摔伤4例,跌倒致伤11例,从高处摔下致伤2例。均经Ｘ线片证实为桡骨头歪戴帽型骨折,骨折块倾斜度为30°以上。
