牵引治疗不稳定性骨盆骨折63例

骨盆骨折是临床常见骨折,多为稳定性骨折,预后较好,而不稳定性骨折,因所受暴力严重,往往导致骨盆移位变形以及合并其它部位或脏器损伤,给临床治疗带来一定困难,易遗留骨盆畸形等后遗症。我院自1988年12月至1998年12月10年间共收治此类病人78例,现将应用牵引方法治疗的63例总结报告如下。
