截骨入路多钉固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折

肱骨髁间骨折是青壮年严重的肘部损伤,50～60岁的伤者也时有可见。对严重移位的肱骨髁间骨折趋向于手术治疗。笔者1996～1999年采用尺骨截骨入路多钉固定治疗该类病人21例,疗效满意。
