骨牵引治疗难复性儿童肱骨髁上骨折

难复性儿童肱骨髁上骨折是指肘部肿胀较重,皮肤出现张力性水泡、破溃、甚至感染,骨折移位明显,末稍血运差。大多是损伤较重,失去最佳复位时机或多次反复及暴力复位所致。笔者从1989年8月～1998年4月收治52例,疗效满意,报道如下。1　临床资料本组52例中男39例,女13例;年龄6～15岁,平均9岁。伤后2次以上复位28例,盲目粗暴复位20例;就诊时间2～6天,均为单侧骨折,右34例,左18例;伸直型49例,屈曲型3例;尺偏型28例,桡偏型9例,前后移位型15例;闭合性50例,开放性2例;就诊时合并。
