多发伤骨折的及时诊断与早期救治

多发伤骨折的诊治多年来是创伤外科的一大难题,如何减少多发伤骨折的致残率与死亡率,及时诊断与早期救治是治疗的关键,作者根据蔡汝宾提出的“24个部位法”[1],对我院1985年以来救治的335例多发伤骨折中就其资料完整,有随访结果的238例,从其临床特点,诊断及治疗等方面情况讨论报道如下。
