股骨近端微创手术疗法的临床研究

股骨颈骨折、股骨头坏死、股骨粗隆间骨折是股骨近端的常见病变,严重影响中老年人的健康。传统的手术治疗方法,如内固定、髓芯减压等等,因切口较大,暴露时间长,创伤较大,使高龄和患有其他疾病者成为手术的禁忌症。为了减小手术损伤,扩大手术适应症,就必须减小手术切口,缩短手术时间,以降低手术打击程度。自1998年5月至2000年8月共采用小切口微创手术治疗股骨颈骨折6例、股骨头坏死5例,手术方法简单,创伤小,痛苦小,经随访,获得满意效果。
