我院从1989年1月～1999年10月共收治同侧肢体桡骨远端骨折、肱骨外科颈骨折、股骨颈或股骨粗隆骨折35例。由于本组病例在伤因机制诊断治疗及命名上具有特殊性,现就其有关问题讨论如下。
