目的:探讨脂肪栓塞综合征的早期临床特点及诊治。
方法:回顾分析15例脂肪栓塞综合征患者的临床资料。
结果:对股骨干骨折或合并其它骨折,当出现Gurd早期诊断标准中任何1～2项症状并排除原发病及合并症时,立即按FES进行治疗,15例脂肪栓塞综合征患者中,除1例因肺部感染、心衰死亡,其他患者临床症状、体征均改善或消失。
结论:早期诊治是阻止脂防栓塞综合征发生、发展的重要手段。 |

| Early diagnosis and treatment of fat embolism syndrome |
|
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment in the early stage of fat embolism syndrome (FES).
Methods:The clinical history of 15 cases of fat embolism syndrome encountered from 1990 to 1999 was reviewed.
Results:When one or two symptoms in the Gurd early diagnosis standard were detected,the treatment of FES was carried out immediately for the patients of fracture of femoral shaft or those with combined fractures.In 15 cases of fat embolism syndrome,the clinical symptoms and physical signs were improved or disappeared after the treatment,except for one case that died from plug infection and heart failure.
Conclusion:Early diagnosis and treatment are important ways for prohibiting the production and development of fat embolism syndrome. |
