伤科接骨片对实验型骨折愈合过程中TGF-β1的影响 |

目的:观察应用伤科接骨片后骨折愈合过程中TGFβ1(转化生长因子β1)的变化,以进一步探讨其促进骨折愈合的机理。
方法:72只日本大耳白兔随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各36只。在兔桡骨处用手术方法制备骨折模型,术后即日起试验组给与伤科接骨片,150mg/kg/d.于术后3天、1周、2周、3周、4周、6周每组分别处死6只兔,取标本,采用免疫组化方法进行染色,光镜下观察,并利用图像分析的方法测定其TGFβ1表达强度。
结果:在骨折后的同一时间,实验组和对照组的骨痂组织中TGFβ1的染色有差异,实验组的峰值比对照组约提前一周出现,且比对照组的峰值高。
结论:伤科接骨片可以调节骨折愈合过程中TGFβ1的合成和分泌,从而促进骨折的愈合。TGFβ1可能是伤科接骨片对骨折愈合过程影响的一个作用环节。 |

The effect of Shangke jiegu tablet on TGF-β1 in experimental fracture healing |

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of Shangke jiegu tablet on TGF-β1 in experimental fracture healing and investigate the mechanism in the acceleration of fracture healing
Methods: 72 rabbits were divided into treatment group (36) and control group (36) randomly.The model were established on rabbits radius and the experimental group were fed Shangke jiegu tablet with the dose of 150mg/kg/d.The specimens were taken from 6 rabbits of each group at 3 days,1,2,3,4,6 weeks respectively after operation.The immunohistochemiscal staining and image analysis method were used to measure the expression intensity of TGF-β1.
Results:There were difference in callus immunohistochemical staining between the experimental and control groups simultaneously.The peak of expression intensity of TGF-β1 of the treatment group appeared about 1 week ahead of the control group with a higher concentration.
Conclusion: Shangke jiegu tablet may be of help for the synthesis and secretion of TGF-β1 in fracture healing and TGF-β1 seemed to be a factor of the function of Shangke jiegu tablet. |
