骨库骨的抗原性比较研究

目的:研究冷冻、冻干、脱钙同种异体骨和无机骨等骨库骨的抗原性。

方法:应用皮肤移植对比分析法,将骨库骨分为5组,每组10例,与皮肤移植结果相比较,测定其抗原性。

结果:新鲜同种骨移植组平均皮肤脱落时间为8.7±1.1天,与对照组相比显着延长(P<0.05).冷冻同种骨、冻干同种骨、脱钙同种骨和无机同种骨移植组平均皮肤脱落时间分别为10.8±1.0,10.7±1.4,11.7±0.7和13.8±1.5天,与新鲜骨相比延长,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).

结论:经上述处理后骨的抗原性降低,但除无机骨外,均不及一次移植皮肤的13.9±1.1天(P<0.05).无机骨不具有抗原性。无机骨的无抗原性是其作为载体的先决条件。

Comparative study on antigenicity of stored bone
Abstract:

Objective:To study the antigenicity of frozen,freeze-dried,decalcified and inorganic homograft bones.

Methods:In the experiment,the average scaling time of skin of mice was used as the index to compare antigenicity of different kinds of stored bone after they were grafted.The mice were divided into 5 groups of 10 each:fresh homograft bone group(group Ⅰ),frozen homograft bone group(group Ⅱ),freeze-dried homograft bone group(group Ⅲ),decalcified homograft bone group(group Ⅳ) and inorganic homograft bone group (group Ⅴ).Skin graft group served as control group.

Results:The average scaling time of skin in group Ⅰ was 8.7±1.1 days,which was much longer than that of control group(P<0.05).The average scaling times of skin in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ were 10.8±1.0,10.7±1.4,11.7±0.7 and 13.8±1.5 days,which were much longer than that of group Ⅰ(P<0.05).

Conclusion:The results showed that the antigenicity of stored bones decreased after they were handled by above methods.But the antigenicity of stored bones were not better than that of grafted skin except inorganic homograft bones.The inorganic homograft bone has no antigenicity and is suitable to be used as carrier.
