经腹穿刺L₅S₁椎间盘摘除切吸术52例

目的：报告经腹穿刺L₅S₁椎间盘摘除切吸术的临床应用效果。

方法：应用消化道造影,压腹定位器及空心针穿刺技术,采用经腹穿刺途径治疗L₅S₁椎间盘突出症52例。

结果：术后经1～11个月随访,参照Watts四级评定标准：优40例,良10例,可2例,优良率961%.

结论：该术式明显提高了L₅S₁椎间盘突出症的治疗效果,减少了髓核摘除切吸术并发症的发生,扩大了经皮椎间盘摘除切吸术治疗L₅S₁椎间盘突出症的适应症。

Analysis of 52 cases of transabdomina L 5S 1 lumbar discectomy

Abstract:

Objective:To study the clinical effect of 52 cases of lumbar disc hermination treated with transabdominal L₅S₁ lumbar discectomy(TALD)

Methods:52 cases of lumbar(L₅S₁) disc hermination were treated with TALD which using imaging of digestive organ,pressure on the lower abdomen and puncture with hollow needle.

Results:The period of follow up was 1～11 months,40 cases had excellent results,10 good and 2 fair.The excellent good rate reached 96 1%.

Conclusion:The method reduced the complication,increase the successful rate and enlarge the indication of TALD to treat lumbar(L₅S₁)disc hermination.
