手法治疗颈胸椎后关节紊乱引起心肌缺血症状的疗效分析

目的：探讨颈胸椎后关节紊乱对心肌缺血症状的发病机理及其治法。

方法：选择颈胸椎后关节紊乱引起心肌缺血症状、心电图均有ST-T改变、内科治疗效果不佳的患者28例,分别采用推顶法和按压法,观察其临床症状、体征及心电图的变化。

结果：28例中治愈17例,显效8例,好转3例。

结论：颈胸椎后关节紊乱引起的心肌缺血症状,常被误诊为冠心病。

Myocardial ischemia caused by posterior articular disorder of cervicothoracic vertebrlae treated with manipulation

Abstract:

Objective:To investigate the mechanism and treatment of myocardial ischemia caused by posterior articular disorder of cervico thoracic vertebrae.

Methods:28 patients of myocardial ischemia caused by posterior articular disorder of cervico thoracic vertebra,with the ECG demonstrating ST—T changes and without respose to medical treatment,were selected and treated respectively with pushing manipulation and pressure massage.The clinical symptomatic changes,physical signs and ECG records were studied.

Results:Of the 28 cases,17 were cured,8 significantly improved and fair in 3.ConclusionThe study indicated that manipulation therapy is an effctive,safe and convenient method in treating myocardial ischemia caused by posterior articular disorder of cervico thoracic vertebra.
