脱蛋白牛松质复合骨在脊柱后外侧融合术中的应用

目的:比较观察脱蛋白牛松质复合骨和自体髂骨移植融合脊柱后外侧疗效。

方法:随机分治疗组60例和对照组59例,治疗组接受脱蛋白牛松质骨复合自体红骨髓治疗,对照组接受自体松质骨治疗。

结果:随访20个月,两组脊柱后外侧部的融合率及各种并发症均无显著性差异(P<0.05),对照组手术时间明显长于治疗组(P<0.05),且供骨部有30%左右出现疼痛并有1例感染。

结论:应用脱蛋白牛松质骨复合自体红骨髓移植融合脊柱后外侧部,其疗效、安全性和自体骨移植相同,且能减少手术时间和取髂骨后所产生的并发症。

Deproteinazed Bovine Cancellous Composite Bone Graft for Posterolateral Spinal Fusion
Abstract:

Objective:To observe and compare a composite material with deproteined bovine cancellous bone and autogenous red marrow (DBCAM) and autogenous bone graft obtained from the illiac crest for posterolateral spinal fusion.

Methods:The cases were divided into 2 groups randomly of the treatment (60) and control (59) groups.DBCAM was implanted in test group and the autogenous bone was implanted in control group.

Results:The mean period of follow up was 20 months.There were no significant differences between the test and control groups with respect to rate of union of the fusion and complications (P<0.05).The operation time of control group was significantly longer than that of test group (P<0.05).Painful sensation was present in 30% of the donor site and infection occurred in 2 cases.

Conclusion:The efficacy and safety of DBCAM is as same as that of autogenous bone in the posterolateral spinal fusion and DBCAM may shorten the operation time and avoid the complications produced by harvesting the iliac crest bone.
