Ender's针在肱骨干骨折中的临床应用

目的:总结Ender's针治疗肱骨干骨折的经验。

方法:采用Ender's针内固定治疗肱骨干骨折28例。

结果:经8至20个月的随访,28例均达到骨性愈合,其中25例达到解剖复位,患肢肩关节、肘关节功能恢复正常;2例分别有5°和8°成角,但不影响功能;1例肩关节外展上举功能仅达80°。

结论:Ender's针内固定治疗肱骨干骨折具有切口小、骨膜剥离少、固定效果可靠、骨折愈合率高、不易引起桡神经麻痹或损伤、再次取出简便等优点,是一种简单有效的治疗方法。

Clinical application of Ender's pin for the treatment of humeral shaft fracture

Abstract:

Objective:To review the results of the application of the Ender's pin for the treatment of humeral shaft fracture.

Methods:28 cases of humeral shaft fracture were treated with internal fixation using Ender's pin.

Results:The period of follow-up ranged from 8 months to 20 months.Of the 28 cases with bony union,25 reached anatomical reduction and the function of shoulder and elbow joints restorated to normal;2 had 5 and 8 degrees of angulation deformity,however it did not affect the limb function;one case had only 80 degree of abduction in elevation of the shoulder joint.

Conclusion:The advantages of Ender's pin are as follows:small incision,little stripping of periosteum,stable fixation,higher union rate of the fracture,little risk of radial nerve injury and conveniency for extraction at a second surgical setting.
