类消胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察与实验研究

目的:研究类消胶囊对类风湿性关节炎的治疗作用。

方法:对30例类风湿关节炎患者服用类消胶囊前后进行血清NPT与IL-2R水平测定。300例储血员作为对照组,测得NPT≤100ng/ml、IL-2R≤250u/ml.

结果:服药前NPT与IL-2R水平明显高于对照组(P<0.001).服药后NPT与IL-2R测定其平均值明显低于服药前(P<0.001).

结论:类消胶囊可降低NPT和IL-2R,而NPT和IL-2R水平高低与类风湿关节炎密切相关。

Clinical and experimental study of Leixiao capsule for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract:

Objective:To study the leixiao capsule for the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA).

Methods:Neopterin(NPT) and soluble intereukin 2 receptor(SIL-2R)in serum of 30 patients of RA were determined before and after the treatment.300 blood donors with the NPT≤10 ng/ml and IL-2R≤250 u/ml were used as controls for comparison of the values in patients with RA before and after treatment.

Results:Before treatment,the content of NPT and IL-2R were much higher than that of control group.After treatment,the content of NPT and IL-2R were lower than that of before treatment.

Conclusion: Leixiao capsule can decrease the content of NPT and IL-2R.The level of NPT and IL-2R is apparently related to pathogenesis of RA.
