洋金花伤膏治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤

目的：观察洋金花伤膏治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤的疗效和安全性。

方法：急性闭合性软组织损伤患者405例,治疗组(即洋金花伤膏组)304例,对照组(即麝香追风膏组)101例,按照中药新药指导原则,采用双盲、随机对照的方法进行观察。

结果：治疗组总有效率96.4%,两组有显着差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。

结论：洋金花伤膏是治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤的外用佳药。

The Treatment of Acute Closed Soft Tissue Injury with Yangjinhua Ointment

Abstract:

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Yangjinhua gao (YSG) for the treatment of acute closed soft tissue injury

Methods:Of 405 cases,304 were treated with YSG(treated group)and 101 cases with Shexiang Zhuifenggao(control group) Double blind method and comparison method were used in the study

Results:The total effetive rate of the treated group was 96 4%,obviously higher than 90 1% of the control group(P<0 05) No side effect was found in clinical practice

Conclusion s:The study indicates that YSG is an effective medicine for external application in the treatment of acute closed soft tissue injury
