运动神经入肌段损伤修复方法的实验研究

目的:探讨运动神经在进入肌肉的部位截断或合并缺损的修复方法。

方法:Wister大白鼠36只随机分成3组:A组,运动神经直接埋入肌肉;B组,自体神经移植后埋入肌肉;C组,自体静脉移植后埋入肌肉。于术后3个月、6个月检测肌电活动,并光镜及电镜观察运动终板再生的情况。

结果:神经电生理学、组织学及形态学实验表明A组优于B、C组(P<0.01),B组与C组间无显着性差异(P>0.05).

结论:运动神经入肌段缺损无法直接埋入肌肉时,可考虑用静脉移植后埋入肌肉。

An Experimental Study of Methods of Repair for Injury of Myoneural Junction of the Motor Nerve
Abstract:

Objective:To study the repairing methods of injuries of myoneural junction

Methods:36 Wister rats were divided into three groups randomly:group A had the motor nerves directly implanted into the muscle,group B had autotransplantation of nerves in the muscle,group C had autotransplantation of vein in the muscle Myoelectric activity was detected at 3 and 6 months after the operation,and the regeneration of motor end plate was observed under optical microscope and electronic microscope

Results:Electrophysiology,histology and morphological examination of the nerve showed that group A was better than group B and C (P<0.01) There was no significant difference between group B and C

Conclusion:Vein grafting could be considered if direct implantation of the nerve is impossible
