骨疏康对卵巢切除大鼠骨质量及基因表达的影响

目的:为进一步探讨骨疏康防治骨质疏松的作用机理。

方法:将27只3月龄Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为三组:假手术组(Sham)、卵巢切除组(OVX)、骨疏康组(GSK).给药后12周同时处死。取大鼠血、尿检测骨代谢生化指标,取股骨或腰椎测量骨密度、骨形态计量学参数、骨生物力学参数,取股骨和胫骨,测定骨粘连蛋白(ON)mRNA表达。

结果:与OVX组相比,GSK组股骨及L4骨密度明显增高,生物力学参数也有增加。GSK有抑制骨吸收作用。

结论:GSK增加骨量和骨强度的作用。

Eeffect of Gushukang on bone quality and gene expression of osteonectin in ovariectomized rats.
Abstract:

Objective:To investigate the mechanisms of prevention and treatment of Gushukang on osteoporosis.

Methods:Ovariectomized(OVX)female Wistar rats(3 months old)were divided into three groups randomly:sham group.OVX group and GSK group.Biochemical markers,bone mineral density(BMD),bone histomorphometry,bone biomechanical properties and the expression of osteonectin(ON)mRNA of femur and tibia were measured at the end of the experiment.

Results:Compared with OVX rats,GSK significantly increased BMD of femur and L 4,also increased the mechanical properties of OVX rats.GSK inhibited bone resorption.

Conclusion:GSK increased bone mass and bone strength.
