颈椎前路融合术中植入骨长度对治疗效果的影响

目的:研究颈椎前路融合术中,植入骨长度对减压效果的影响。

方法:采用前路环锯截骨、长窗减压,在牵引下植入自体长条形髂骨。

结果:在前路环锯截骨植入自体髂骨手术中,截骨节段在2个或以上的病例,植入骨长度和骨槽长度之差作出调整后,治疗效果优于传统的植入骨长度比骨槽长1～2mm的病例。

结论:颈椎前路融合术中,截骨数目为1个节段时,植入骨应比骨槽长2mm;截骨数目为2个节段时,植入骨应比骨槽长4mm;截骨数目为3个节段时,植入骨应比骨槽长5mm.

The Effect of the Length of Grafted Bone for Anterior Cervical Spinal Fusion

Abstract:

Objective:To study the effect of the length of grafted bone on decompression results during anterior cervical spinal fusion.

Methods:After anterior trephination osteotomy and decompression,long auto bone graft was obtained from the ilium and was grafted under traction.

Results:After adjusting the difference between the length of grafted bone and the length of bone tank,the cases with osteotomy in more than two vertebral segments had good clinical results which were much better than that obtained with the conventional methods.

Conclusion:When osteotomy has been done on one vertebral segment,the length of grafted bone should be longer than bone tank by 2mm.If the procedure is done on two segments,the difference should be 4mm,and on three segments,it should be 5mm.
