接骨紫金丹对家兔骨折愈合期间几种金属元素的影响

目的:研究中药接骨紫金丹对骨折愈合过程中骨痂内金属元素含量的影响。

方法:将72只家兔造成桡骨中段3mm缺损的实验性骨折并分为用药组和对照组。在术后7、14、21、28、35和42天,采用原子吸收光谱分析法检测骨痂中锌、铜、锰、镁等金属元素的含量。

结果:用药组家兔骨痂中几种金属元素含量高于对照组(P<0.01),并在某一时相点形成一定的峰值。

结论:接骨紫金丹具有促进家兔对金属元素的吸收和调节骨痂中金属元素分布的作用。

Effect of Jie Gu Zi Jin Dan on Metal Elements in Callus in the Process of Fracture Healing
Abstract:

Objective: To study the effect of Chinese drug Jie Gu Zi Jin Dan (JGZJD) on the contents of metal elements in callus in the process of fracture healing

Methods: Artificial fracture with 3mm bony defect was made on left radius of 72 rabbits The animals were divided into the experimental group treated with JGZJD and the blank control group The contents of Zn, Cu, Mn and Mg in calluses were detected with atomic absorption spectrophotometry at 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, 35th and 42nd day after surgery

Results: The contents of Zn, Cu, Mn and Mg in calluses of experimental group were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.01)

Conclusion: JGZJD could promote the absorption of metal elements and regulate their distribution in callus.
