| 早期手术与中药治疗肘关节创伤性骨化性肌炎 |

目的:探讨治疗肘关节创伤性骨化性肌炎的新方法。
方法:采用手术清除肘关节周围的异生骨及松解肘关节,术后内服关节活络方和用舒筋洗药熏洗肘关节,治疗不同病程的肘关节创伤性骨化性肌炎119例,随访100例。
结果:100例肘关节活动度平均增加了99.03°±24.20°。病程3个月以内术后肘关节活动范围的增加值(104.15°±20.31°)与病程3～6个月(100.89°±25.93°)比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),而与病程6～12个月(90.33°±27.15°)和病程12个月以上(84.28°±23.70°)比较差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。病程与术后肘关节增加的活动范围具有明显的负相关(r=-0.9823,P<0.05);6个月以内与6个月以上两者术后关节增加活动范围比较其差异亦具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。
结论:早期手术可明显改善肘关节功能,而结合活血祛瘀、舒筋活络的中药内服外洗,理气血、顺筋络,有利于肘关节功能的恢复。 |

| Treatment of Traumatic Myositis Ossificans of Elbow with Early Operation and Chinese Medicinal Herbs |

Abstract:
Objective:To study the new method for treating myositis ossificans of elbow.
Methods: 119 cases of myositis ossificans of elbow with different duration of illness were treated with removing of heterotopic bone and relaxing of joint,combined with oral administration of Guanjie Huoluo Decoction and local steaming and washing with hot Shujin Xiyao Decoction.100 cases were followed-up.
Result:s The average increasing range of elbow joint mobility was 99.03°±24.20°.The increase of joint mobility of the patients who had attacked this disease less than 3 months(104.15°±20.31°)was not significantly different to that of the patients who had attacked this disease for 3～6 months(100.89°±25.93°),(P>0.05),but significantlly different to that of the patients who attacked this disease for 6～12 months (90.33°±27.15°)and more than 12 months (84.28°±23.70°)(P<0.05).The duration of illness was negatively relevant to the increase of joint mobility(r=-0.9823,P<0.05).The increase of joint mobility of the patients who attacked this disease less than 6 months was also significantly different to that of the patients who attacked this disease more than 6 months(P<0.05).
Conclusion: The function of elbow joint can be obviously improved by early operation.The oral and external adminis tration of Chinese medicinal herbs could regulate either the flow of qi and blood or promote the neuromuscular activity,that should be beneficial to the recovery of elbow joint function. |
