脊柱截骨内固定治疗强直性脊柱炎后凸

目的:总结椎板V形截骨内固定治疗强直性脊柱炎后凸的疗效。

方法:强直性脊柱炎后凸64例,行V型截骨2～3个椎间隙,并以Harrington压缩棍或Luque棒内固定。

结果:64例术后后凸平均矫正率为68.9%,身高平均增加7.5cm,达到人体直立和两眼向前平视的目的。

结论:此法取得人体外形改善,患者满意的效果。

Spinal Osteotomy and Internal Fixation to Correct Kyphosis due to Ankylosing Spondylitis

Abstract:

Objective:To summary up the therapeutic effect of V Shaped osteotomy and internal fixation on kyphosis due to ankylosing spondylitis.

Methods: 64 cases of kyphosis due to ankylosing spondylitis were treated with V shaped osteotomy including 2-3 intervertebral spaces and fixed by Harrington's compression rod or Luque's rod.

Result:s After operation,the average correction rate of kyphosis was 68.9% and the mean body height was increased 7.5cm,and also achieved straight standing and orthophoria.

Conclusion: The improved contour of human body has satisfied the patients.
