对背伸位固定治疗Colles骨折的新认识

目的：探讨Coles骨折的治疗方法。

方法：采用腕关节背伸位固定治疗Coles骨折100例。

结果：其中有移位的72例获得平均11个月的随访，全部获得骨性愈合。根据腕关节运动功能综合评定，优55例，良11例，差6例，

结论：腕关节背伸位固定可以维持良好的骨折整复固定位置，获得最佳的功能恢复效果。

The New Understanding of the Fixation of Wrist in Extended Position for the Treatment of Colles’ Fracture

Abstract:

Objective: To study the therapeutic method for Colles' fracture.

Method: 100 cases of Colles' fracture were treated with plaster fixation of wrist in extended position.

Result: Followed up for 11 months in average,72 cases with displaced fragments were achieved bony union.The comprehensive evaluation of the wrist function for indicated that there were 55 cases in excellent grade,11 cases good,and 6 cases bad.

Conclusion: The fixation of wrist in extended position may maintain the fragments in the position of reduction and achieve the best functional recovery.
