脉冲电磁场对骨折愈合及钙磷代谢的影响

目的:研究脉冲电磁场对人体钙磷代谢及免疫功能的影响以及对骨折愈合的作用。

方法:随机选择住院骨折病人30例为试验组,30例为对照组。试验组除与对照组相同治疗外,加用LS-I型骨折治疗仪治疗(2h/bid).比较两组骨折愈合时间。两组在治疗前后分别取血,检测血钙磷、碱性磷酸酶、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)、血清补体(C3、C4)及血白细胞计数。

结果:试验组平均临床骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05).试验组治疗后血钙降低,血磷升高,碱性磷酸酶活性增高(P<0.05).

结论:脉冲电磁场可缩短骨折愈合时间,并可促进人体钙磷代谢。

Fracture Healing and Blood Calcium Phosphorus Metabolism Influenced by Pulse Electromagnetic Fields
Abstract:

Objective: To study the effect of pulse electromagnetic fields (PEMF) on human body.

Methods: 60 in patients with fracture were divided randomly into experimental group and control group,30 cases for each.In addition to the same treatment for both groups,the experimental group received PEMF treatment 2 hours,twice per day.The fracture healing time between the two groups was compared.The levels of calcium and phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase (ALP), immunoglobulins (Ig G,Ig A,Ig M),serum complements (C3,C4),and leukocyte count in the blood of the two groups were examined before and after treatment.

Results:The mean clinical healing time of experimental group was shorter than that of the control (P<0 05).The calcium was increased,the phosphorus was decreased,and the activity of ALP was increased in the blood of experimental group after PEMF treatment(P<0 05).

Conclusion: PEMF can promote the fracture healing and the calcium phosphorus metabolism in the human body.
