脊髓型颈椎病手术治疗53例临床总结

1992年11月～1996年8月手术治疗脊髓型颈椎病53例。优良率92.4%.手术方法包括颈前、后方减压及椎板成形术。前路手术适于C_3,4以下1～2个椎间病变的减压。广泛椎板切除可致鹅颈畸形及晚期脊髓损害。改良单开门棘突骨支撑植骨椎管扩大成形术及植骨的双开门椎管扩大成形术较为合理。

Surgical Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy in 53 Patients

Abstract:53 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy had been treated.from Nov.1992 to Aug.1996,The excellent-good rate was 92.4%.The operative methods included anterior decompression,posterior decompression,and laminoplasty.The anterior approach is suitable for decompression of 1-2 intervertebral lesion below C _3,4 .The extensive laminectomy might induce swan-neck deformity and late spinal cord injury.The improved single open-door laminoplasty with spinous process supporting and bone grafting to enlarge spinal canal and the double open-door laminoplasty with bone grafing to enlarge spinal canal are more practical.
