本文采用先进的三维光弹模型进行生物力学测试,分别研究股骨(股骨头、股骨颈、股骨干)的应力分布规律;并对不同体位(中立位、内收、外展)与不同固定位置(等腰、等边、倒三角、扇形)的三针内固定法进行电测实验研究,结果显示股骨颈和三针的力学性质及固定效果。 |

Experimental Research on biomechanics of Three-dimentional Model of Femoral Neck Fracture |

Abstract:The regulatity of stress distribution of the head, neck and shaft of normal adult femur was biomechanically measured on the advanced three-dimentional photoelastic model and the stresses of three-needle internal fixation with different positions of fixation(forming isoscelex,equilateral and upside-down triangles,and fan-formed)were measured electrically in different postures of the femurs(neutral postition,adduction,abduction).The results demonstrated the mechanical characteristics of femoral neck and three needles and the effect of three needle fixation for femoral neck fracture. |
