1997～1995年间,我们共收治肱骨干骨折术后骨不连24例。现结合病例报告就肱骨干骨折术后骨不连原因及防治进行讨论。

24 Cases of Postoperative Nonunion of Humeral Shaft Fracture

Abstract:24 cases of postoperative nonunion of humeral shaft fracture have been treated with satisfactory therapeutic effect.It was considered that the main causes of postop-erative nonunion are the interference of operation,the unproper postoperative treatment,and the interference from local stress after operation. The key point to the prevention of postoperative nonunion is to master strictly the indication of operation. The principle of treatment of postoperative nonunion is rigid internal fixation and enough bone grafting.
