脊髓Ⅱ号治疗大鼠脊髓损伤的电生理研究

制作18只T12右半横断的Wistar大鼠模型,随机分为三组：脊髓II号组、激素组、空白对照组,分别给予脊髓II号方剂、激素、生理盐水,并观察动物行为变化。4周后,以电生理学方法测定运动诱发电位和感觉诱发电位,评价其功能恢复。发现脊髓II号方剂具有良好疗效,并在一定程度上优于激素。

The Therapeutic Effect of Spinal Cord No.Ⅱ on the Injury on Spinal Cord in Rats-Electrophysiological Study

Abstract:The models of right hemi-transection of 12th thoracic spinal cord of 18 Wistar rats had been made and randomly divided into three groups.They were treated with Chinese herbs "Spinal Cord No.Ⅱ", hydrocortisone,or normal saline respectively. The behavior changes of these experimental rats were observed daily, and the evoked electropotentials of the motion and the sensation were measured with electrophysiological methods for the evaluation of the function recovery after four weeks. It was discovered that there was good therapeutic effect of Spinal Cord NO.Ⅱ,which was superior to that of hydro-corticoid in some extent.
