影响骨外固定刚度和应力分布因素的实验研究

本实验通过体外力学测试研究固定钢针数目、针直径和骨断端加压固定等因素对骨外固定刚度和应力分布的影响。实验结果表明:增多固定针数,增大针直径能显着提高骨外固定刚度(P<0.05),同时也非常显着地增大了应力遮挡率(P<0.001);骨断端加压固定既能显着提高骨外固定刚度(P<0.05),又能非常显着地降低应力遮挡率(P<0.0001).说明可以通过调整固定钢针数目、针直径和骨断端加压量,使骨外固定刚度和应力分布最适宜骨折愈合。

The exprimental research on the influential factors of rigidity and stress distribution at the external skeletal fixation
Abstract:The influence of the number and diameter of the stainless steel pin and the compression at the external skeletal fixation were studied with external mechonical examination.The conclusions are as follows;(1) increasing the number and diameter of pin can not only improve the stiffness of external skeletal fixation, but also significantly increase the rate of stress-protection;(2) compression of the external skeletal fixation can not only improve the stiffness of the external skeletal fixation,but also reduce the rate of stress-protection significantly. It proved that the aims of immobilization of the bone fragments and promotion of fractureunion can be achieved by adjusting the number and diameter of pin and the compression at fracture ends.
