改良Chiari截骨治疗大龄先天性髋脱位

作者采用改良Chiari截骨,中草药外敷,治疗大龄(8～21岁)先天性髋脱位(CDH)17例。结果优良率53%(9/17)术后平均1.5月截骨处即愈合。本法较传统的Chiari截骨有明显优越性。

Modified Chiari's osteotomy for treament of congenital dislocation of hip in youngsters.

Abstract:Writers applied the modified Chiari's osteotomy and Chinese herbs to treat 17 cases of congenital dislocation of hip in youngsters (8-21 years old).The results demonstrated that fine effective rate was 53% and the reunion of osteotomy was in the average of 1.5 months. It is superior than that of conventional Chiari's osteotomy.
