间断压力对离体培养成骨细胞作用的研究

实验模拟骨在功能活动过程中细胞外环境压力的变化这一生理过程,给实验组离体培养成骨细胞提供间断气体压力变化(0.098MPa,15分钟加压,15分钟无压力,2周期/小时,每天加压8小时),发现成骨细胞数逐步增加,且碱性磷酸酶活性也明显增高,均与对照组有明显差异。结果提示,间断加压可促进离体培养成骨细胞的增殖与分化。

Study of the effect of intermittent compressive pressure to the osteoblasts in vitro
Abstract:The experiment imitated the physiological changes of the cellualr exteanal circumstances, existed during skeletal functional movement, and supplied a intermittent compressive pressure(0.098MPa.15 minutes pressrue, 15 minutes relax,2 cycles/one hour,8hour/day)to the osteoblasts of experiment al groups in vitro.It was discovered that the numbers of osteoblasts and the reaction of alkaline phosphatase in the experimental group were markedly elevated than that of the control groups. The results indicate that the intermittent compressive prssure is able to improve the proliferation and differentiation of the osteoblasts.
