三维快速多功能牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症

采用三维快速多功能牵引结合硬膜外腔持续滴注治疗腰椎间盘突出症114例,近期总有效率达91%.笔者认为由于椎间盘有三个方向的运动轴,所以三维联动牵引才能供应力达到椎间盘,符合生物力学原理。只要突出椎间盘未与周围组织明显粘连或纤维环弹性纤维尚未发生濡变或断裂,在快速牵引下可使突出物还纳。基于化学性神经炎学说,硬膜外腔持续滴注,有利于改善神经根的缺血、水肿或粘连状态,是牵引治疗的有效辅助疗法。

Prolapse of lumbar intervertebra disc treated by tridimensional multifunctional traction

Abstract:One hundred and fourteen cases of prolapse of lumbar inrer vertebral disc were treated by tridimension, the total near efficiency being 91%.It is realized that lumbar intervertebral disc bears tridirectional axis of motion,thus according to biomechanical principle tridimensional joint traction could exert fuly stress on the intervertebral disc and the prolapsed disc could be reducted through quick traction so long as protruded disc had not been adhered by surrounding tissues or didn't bear degererative changes or break down. Based on chemical neuritis theory,epidural space continueous insulation of the nerve root. It is an effective srpplementary therapy.
