手术治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析

手术治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症28人,手术方式均以全椎板切除,摘除髓核,产式除了胞原的黄韧带等组织。取得满意效果。文中对老年腰椎间盘突出症的手术问题、临床特征以及手术后的康复问题进行了分析与总结。

Clinical analysis of operative treatment of senile prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

Abstract:Twenty eight cases of senile prolapse of lumbar interver-tebral operated with total laminectomy,removal of the nucleus,cutting off the thicdening ligamentum flavum etc.with satis-factiry results. Operative techneque, clinical characteristics and rehabilitation were discussed. Key words Prolapse of lumbar intervetebral disc.
