胶皮兜和铝板支架治疗先天性髋脱位

采用胶皮兜固定自动复位和手法复位平面蛙式铝板支架固定治疗先天性髋脱位1569例,2237个髋,复位成功率分别为96.9%和98.7%.并对治疗过程中应注意的问题提出一定的见解。

Congenital dislocation of hip treated with rubber wrap and alluminum supporter

Abstract:Congenital dislocation of hip was treated with rubber wrap fixation for automatic reduction,manual reduction and fixed with plan frog style alluminum fixation.The rate of successful of reduction was 96.9% and 98.7% respectively.Suggestions were pointed out during the course of treatment.
