模糊逻辑与腰腿痛的诊断

在现实世界中,许多问题的界限是不清晰的,甚至是很模糊的。人们为了实际的目的,需研究这些不清晰的,模糊的问题,使其清晰化,以获得有用的结果,这一研究中所使用的逻辑就是模糊逻辑。它最早应用在数学领域,又称弗晰逻辑(Fuzzy Iogic)是多值逻辑的一个新的研究领域。资料表明,1965年美国数学家扎德(Lotfi Asker Zadeh)研究了费晰集合,发展了弗晰逻辑。1966年P.N.Ma－rinos发表了关于模糊逻辑的内部研究报告,这是模糊逻辑诞生标志。古典的二值逻辑在具有二值特点的学科领域中能发挥巨大作用,但象在人工智能,生物工程,社会经济等复杂系统的研究中便显得无能为力,因为这些系统不但结构功能复杂,涉及大量参数和变量,而且往往具有不精确性的特点,而模糊逻辑却能适应这种研究的需要。

Fuzzy logic and the diagnosis of lumbar and leg pain

Abstract:The author applied fuzzy logic of mathematic field to the orthopaedic and　traumatology field for aiding the diagnosis of lumbar and leg pain.Based on the　cause and pathogenesis of the ailment, the diagnosis of lumbar and leg pain　was summed up into ABTN, two types and two kinds according to the viewpoint of fuzzy logic. Active symptomatic therapy could be used after clearance of　the relationship among ABTN. Thus an accurate diagnosis could be obtained after treatment.
