股骨头无菌性坏死的辨证施治

股骨头无菌性坏死,主要表现髋部固定性疼痛,关节功能受限,与髋关节相关的肌肉(臀肌、股四头肌等)萎缩。此与祖国医学的“瘀”“痹”所表现相一致。从而认为股骨头无菌性坏死即“髋骨痹”。

Determination of treatment based on the differentiation of symptoms　and signs on aseptic necrosis of the femoral head (Abstract)

Abstract:Aseptic necrosis of the femoral head corresponds to "arthralgia syndrome of　the innominate bone" in traditional Chinese medicine. The pathogenic factors　may be due to trauma, overstrain and invasion by external evil(including longterm usage of steriods) . Through clinical observation the patients suffered progressive pain and limitation of movements on their affected joints before any　positive finding upon the x-ray films. The principles of treatment are invigoratng the Liver and Kidney, relieving of arthralgia and blood stasis, decoction of　iRadix Angelicae Pubescentis and Ramulus Loranthi and its modified form is preferred.
