随着工农业生产的发展,手部外伤日益增多,创伤骨折又占多数。骨折能否良好的对位和愈合,将对手部功能恢复起着重要作用。

BOW-SHAPED SPLINT TRACTING EXTERNAL FIXATOR IN THE　TREATMENT OF FRACTURE OF THE HAND-51 CASES (ABSTRACT)

Abstract:Fifty-one cases of fracture of the hand were treated by bow-shaped splint tracting external fixator since 1986. Theresults were all clinically healed within 3-4 weeks with ashortest fixation period of 17 days, the logest, 37 days. It is realized that the method can maintain the stress of joint capsule and keep lateral collateral ligaments in tension and facilitate the balance　among the intrinsic and extrinsic muscles of the hand. It fits fresh close fracture of the hand and best results can be obtained in oblique, transverse, overlapping aversion fracture.
